Taxi (phone 9810 1010): Ask the driver to go to: Fibigerstræde 15, Auditorium B & C, at the University.
Time 10-15 minutes, Price about 120 DKKParking for Private cars: There several parking places in the area e.g. where the conference bus goes to (see Conference Site map). Access via Fredrik Bajers Vej.
As Campus access by cars is constrained, you may have to walk a little from where the taxi leaves you.
A trick could be to go to: Myrdalstræde 268, which is a building neighbouring Auditorium B & C.

The PRESENCE 2003 conference site is at Auditorium B & C, Fibigerstræde 15 on the main campus of Aalborg University, which is located in the south-east of Aalborg, 6 km from the city centre.

The local Conference organizer is BENOGO's co-ordinator at Computer Vision and Media Technology Lab. (CVMT), which is situated at the VR-centre of the University, VR Media Lab, (VRML), Niels Jernes Vej 14, DK-9220 Aalborg East. The VR Media Lab will host a reception on Monday afternoon. VRML/CVMT is about 700 meters from the Conference Site

Demonstrations Monday Afternoon
Demonstrations will be given simultaneously at Department of Acoustics and at VR Media Lab / CVMT. The Department of Acoustics is 500 meters from the Conference Site and 200 meters from VRML/CVMT. Conference participants will be divided into two groups, which will be guided to visit both places.
Conference Dinner
Conference Dinner Tuesday evening at 19.30 at Hotel Hvide Hus, Vesterbro 2 ("D" on City Centre Map). This Hotel is about 500 meters from Hotel Chagall and Park Hotel, and 1600 meters walk from First Hotel. Participants are supposed to find their own way to Hotel Hvide Hus.
